Event fees are fully refundable up to two weeks prior to an event. Refunds will not be granted after this date. Substitutions are allowed at any time. No-shows will not receive a refund.
For cancellations prior to the cutoff date, some events may allow online cancellation or notify the Conference Manager in writing at confmgr@wagovconf.org.
